This program gives you expert coaching without the cost of full personal training. You get a customized plan written by a highly educated strength coach instead of random workouts from the internet. You also have access to sports and performance psychology support from Tarra, which helps you stay consistent, confident, and motivated. If you want real strength, real structure, and real accountability, this is the most affordable way to train like an athlete.

- 1 month training program customized as needed
- Weekly check in with your coach

- Sports Conditioning (training to complement sports participation)
- Injury Rehabilitation (This is not Physical Therapy, but if you’re coming back from an injury and need special considerations. We will also work directly with your Physical Therapist or Doctor)

Your program is written and customized by Coach Ryan, who has a master’s degree in kinesiology with a specialty in injury rehabilitation, a fitness nutrition certification, Westside Barbell certification, and a Girls Gone Strong Pre and Postnatal Coaching certification. Mental skills support is provided by Tarra, who holds a doctorate in sports and performance psychology and specializes in confidence, motivation, and mindset coaching for athletes.

This auto pay program bills on the first of each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through your portal with no fees and no contract. If you sign up before the first, your rate will be prorated from your start date and the regular monthly rate will draft on the first.
